VistaraPay Ventures Private Limited operates a technology platform for travel and utility-related services. The platform is currently under development. Certain services may be introduced in phases subject to applicable approvals and partner enablement. BBPS registration/integration is currently in progress and services will be offered only after applicable approvals and activation.

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law.

Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. We may suspend accounts for false information or misuse.

Services may include travel bookings, utility bill payments, recharge, merchant payment solutions and other digital services. Availability depends on partners and regulations.

Where required, users must complete KYC. The Company may not activate services for incomplete verification, suspected fraud, AML concerns, or regulatory requirements.

Applicable prices, convenience fees and taxes will be shown before confirmation and may change without notice.

Transactions are processed through authorized partners. Completion depends on successful confirmation by banking/payment systems. Fees, taxes, and convenience charges may apply.

Fraud, impersonation, money laundering, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, malware, infringement, unlawful payments, chargeback abuse, and misuse of the platform are strictly prohibited.

Some services rely on third-party providers. Their availability and performance are outside our reasonable control.

Website content, trademarks and software belong to VistaraPay or licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, VistaraPay is not liable for indirect losses, third-party outages, banking delays or events beyond reasonable control.

Users agree to indemnify VistaraPay from claims arising from misuse, unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

The Company may suspend or terminate access without prior notice for fraud, security risks, legal obligations, policy breaches, or suspected misuse.

These Terms may be updated from time to time by posting the revised version on the website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the company's registered jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

VistaraPay Ventures Private Limited is an independent company. Any future BBPS services will be offered only after required registrations and partner enablement. Unless expressly stated, the company is not affiliated with Vistara Airlines.
